WELL, HEY THERE!
I’m Amy, a dietitian that loves to talk tacos, Friends, and body respect. If I had to guess, I’d bet you, like me, enjoy quality food, time with family and friends, and unplugging from social media every now and then.
And since we’re playing the guessing game, let me make another: You’re here because you’re exhausted and frustrated by an endless stream of diet tips, and wondering if there’s a better way.
Good news! You’re in the right place. I’m here to help you do exactly that: break free of the confines of dieting and help you make peace with your body. Your lifestyle should support you, not the other way around – let me show you how.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Let’s talk some truth bombs:
- 95-97% of diets fail.
- There is no weight above which you will be healthy.
- One of the healthiest things you can do is to spend less time thinking about what to eat.
But here’s the good news: there’s a better way.
By learning how to tune into your body’s internal cues instead of relying on an eating plan, you can build trust with your body, restore your metabolism, and allow your body to find its natural set range weight.

MORE ABOUT AMY
I wasn’t always an intuitive eater. I actually spent much of my life sipping the diet culture Kool-Aid, because I thought the only way to live was to be unhappy with your body size and constantly trying to change it. Thankfully, I discovered intuitive eating during my last years of college, and learned a lot along the way! And even though I spend my time teaching women how to ditch dieting and embrace their internal cues, I am not and never will be a perfect intuitive eater. I’m on my own journey, just like you – and I’m excited to walk this path together!
I love tacos (corn tortillas only!) and margaritas, frozen chocolate chip cookie dough, and anything with balsamic vinaigrette. I spend my weekends with my husband Drew (read about our wedding here!) and kitten relaxing, cooking, playing, and re-watching sitcoms.
