I am so excited to announce the release of Satisfaction, Simplified meal plans! These sweet little PDF’s have been a dream of mine for a long time, and here’s why:
- I believe in intuitive eating wholeheartedly and above all other nutrition concepts. I’ve seen a million and one meal plans on the internet, and I’ve longed to see one that focuses on satiety (fullness) and satisfaction rather than the cold, hard numbers.
- I love food and genuinely enjoy picking out what I’ll be eating for the week! It’s worth the time spent to choose meals that I can be excited about, and look forward to.
- Life is busy, and we all are, too. It’s my wildest hope that these meal plans help simplify things for single ladies, mamas, and couples everywhere by taking the thought out of planning and providing a delicious, cohesive game plan for the week.
- Real life happens on a budget for most of us, and it’s sometimes hard to maximize that grocery money with recipes that fit together and minimize waste. That’s why all of the Satisfaction, Simplified meal plans re-used ingredients and emphasize quantity adjustment – so your dollar and food go further.
